I tried placing an order on herbalizestore.co.uk and the payment bit was just a mess. I put my card details in, clicked to pay, and the page sat there spinning like it was doing something, but nothing actually happened. I even waited a few minutes because I didn’t want to refresh and accidentally pay twice. Then I checked my bank app and the money was showing as pending, but on the website the order still said it hadn’t gone through. There wasn’t a clear confirmation email either, just no proper update at all. I ended up having to message support and sit around waiting to find out what was going on. Really frustrating over something that should have taken about 30 seconds. I wouldn’t use them again after that.
